During your initial assessment, we will: Conduct a Detailed Medical History: We take the time to understand your health background, lifestyle, and any previous injuries or surgeries that may influence your current condition. Perform a Physical Examination: Our therapists will assess your range of motion, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities to identify any physical impairments or limitations. Evaluate Pain and Symptoms: We use both subjective and objective measures to assess your pain levels, identifying patterns and triggers that help us understand the nature of your condition. Functional Movement Screening: We evaluate your ability to perform everyday activities, identifying any movements that cause discomfort or reveal underlying issues.
